Shipping and Payment Terms
These legal texts provide the binding information from Japan-Koi Wild for ordering, consultation, and use of the website.
The following terms apply:
Delivery of goods is worldwide.
Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)
Deliveries within Germany:
We calculate shipping costs based on the order value (gross merchandise value):
For orders under 100,00 €, shipping costs of 7,90€ apply.
For cash on delivery, additional costs of 7,00€ apply.
In addition to the stated prices, we charge a flat rate of 50,00€ per box for the delivery of live Koi within Germany.
From an order value of 100,00 € we deliver free of shipping costs.
For the shipment of bulky goods (freight forwarding), we charge as follows:
Filters and goods not suitable for parcel shipping that must be sent by freight forwarding are charged at 75,00€ gross.
Certain items are considered bulky goods due to their dimensions. These items are marked as such and will be charged an additional 20,00€ on top of the package price. The regulation of free shipping from an order value of 50,00€ remains unaffected.

Deliveries abroad:
We calculate shipping costs abroad according to shipping weight:
Europe / EU:
up to 5 kg = 12,90 €
over 5 kg up to 20 kg = 30,00 €
Switzerland
up to 5 kg = 20,00 €
over 5 kg up to 10 kg = 28,90 €
over 10 kg up to 15 kg = 36,90 €
over 15 kg up to 20 kg = 45,90 €
In addition to the stated prices, we charge a flat rate of 70,00€ per box for the delivery of live Koi to Austria.
For the shipment of bulky goods (freight forwarding) abroad, we charge as follows:
Filters and non-parcel-shippable goods are shipped by freight forwarding – The shipping costs depend on the weight of the ordered goods and the shipping zone in which the delivery address is located. These prices are available upon request.

Delivery times
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany takes place within 3 – 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 – 7 days after contract conclusion (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that delivery does not take place on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.
For self-collection, we will inform you via email about the readiness of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs are charged.
Accepted payment methods
– Cash payment on collection
– Advance payment by bank transfer
– Payment by cash on delivery (plus cash on delivery fee of 7,00 €)
– Payment by SEPA direct debit
– Payment by instant transfer (via Klarna)
Further details on payment
When paying by SEPA direct debit, you authorize us by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate to collect the invoice amount from the specified account.
You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit. Please note that you are obliged to ensure sufficient coverage of the account on the announced date.
