AKITA Premium Koifood Sinking helps you feed your koi according to their needs during the cooler season. This sinking complete feed is suitable for water temperatures of 5 °C and above. The 4.5 mm pellets can be eaten below the water surface – ideal for the time when your koi spend more time in deeper areas of the pond.
The formula with wheat and wheat protein, krill, fish oil and yeast products provides 30 % crude protein and 9 % fat. Vitamins and trace elements complement the nutrient supply and support normal immune function.

Feeding recommendations
Feed small portions according to your koi’s needs at water temperatures of 5 °C and above, provided your koi are actively feeding. Adjust the amount and frequency of feeding to the water temperature, fish population and feeding behaviour. Feed sparingly at low temperatures and follow the manufacturer’s recommendations.
Offer only as much as the fish will eat completely. When using sinking food, take particular care that no uneaten food remains on the pond bottom, and check the water quality regularly.
