Shipping and Payment Terms

The following terms apply:

Delivery of goods is worldwide.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Deliveries within Germany: 

Für Futter berechnen wir innerhalb Deutschlands 6,90 € Versandkosten pro Bestellung.

Für den Versand lebender Koi innerhalb Deutschlands berechnen wir 50,00 € pro Versandbox. Der Liefertermin wird vor dem Versand persönlich abgestimmt.

Koi und Futter werden getrennt versendet. Bei einer gemeinsamen Bestellung fallen beide Versandkosten an (zusammen 56,90 € bei einer Koi-Versandbox). Es gibt keine automatische Versandkostenfreigrenze. Bei vereinbarter Selbstabholung entfallen die Versandkosten.

For the shipment of bulky goods (freight forwarding), we charge as follows:
Filters and goods not suitable for parcel shipping that must be sent by freight forwarding are charged at 75,00€ gross.

Bestimmte Artikel haben auf Grund ihrer Abmessungen Sperrgut Eigenschaften. Diese Artikel sind als solche gekennzeichnet und werden mit 20,00€ zusätzlich zum Paketpreis abgerechnet.

Deliveries abroad:

We calculate shipping costs abroad according to shipping weight:

Europe / EU:
up to 5 kg = 12,90 €
over 5 kg up to 20 kg = 30,00 €

Switzerland
up to 5 kg = 20,00 €
over 5 kg up to 10 kg = 28,90 €
over 10 kg up to 15 kg = 36,90 €
over 15 kg up to 20 kg = 45,90 €

In addition to the stated prices, we charge a flat rate of 70,00€ per box for the delivery of live Koi to Austria.

For the shipment of bulky goods (freight forwarding) abroad, we charge as follows:
Filters and non-parcel-shippable goods are shipped by freight forwarding – The shipping costs depend on the weight of the ordered goods and the shipping zone in which the delivery address is located. These prices are available upon request.

Delivery times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany takes place within 3 – 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 – 7 days after contract conclusion (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that delivery does not take place on Sundays and public holidays.
Haben Sie Artikel mit unterschiedlichen Lieferzeiten bestellt, wird die Ware in einer gemeinsamen Sendung versandt, sofern wir keine abweichenden Vereinbarungen mit Ihnen getroffen haben. Lebende Koi und Futter werden immer getrennt versendet; der Koi-Liefertermin wird persönlich vereinbart. Die Lieferzeit bestimmt sich in diesem Fall nach dem Artikel mit der längsten Lieferzeit den Sie bestellt haben.

For self-collection, we will inform you via email about the readiness of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs are charged.

Zahlungsmöglichkeiten im Online-Checkout

Im Online-Checkout stehen PayPal, Kredit- und Debitkarte sowie Klarna zur Verfügung. Welche Optionen für Ihre Bestellung verfügbar sind, wird an der Kasse angezeigt; die Verfügbarkeit kann vom Zahlungsanbieter und vom Land abhängen.

Wenn Sie eine andere Zahlungsweise oder eine Zahlung bei Abholung wünschen, stimmen Sie dies bitte vor der Bestellung persönlich mit uns ab.
